New Year is approaching and I thought this would be an appropriate time to make some changes to this blog. With the new year you will see couple of significant changes to the blog. Until now, I have been posting about once a week and mostly posting on subjects like presentation, impact and communication. With new year, there will be some new direction to this blog, some of that change you may have already experience here. This blog will change in several aspects.  

Frequency of posts

Since the time the blog started, I have been trying to post once a week. I am planning to post more frequently – at least twice a week. With a full time job, we’ll see how that goes. I am expecting that starting February, readers will start seeing increase in the frequency of posts.

Subject

While the focus will remain same, growing to be successful, the approach will change. In past, I wrote some articles on communication, some on impact and presentation skills. In next few months, the approach will be more systematic starting from what your vision is and how do you develop your vision and finally achieve it.

Design

The next thing that will change is the design of the blog. This will take a little more time than the other two. I am looking at several different templates and experimenting with some. I will post another announcement once design is ready to be rolled out. Do you have any suggestions for a elegant template for the blog? Post your suggestions and a link in the comments.
